The F.I.S.A.C. in compliance with its own Statute, the Organic Regulations and the National Circulars issued, it intends with this study plan to give, to all those who are interested in following a Technical training course in one or more of the FISAC Disciplines, the means and opportunity to learn about problems related to teaching, at the lowest possible cost in the face of very high professionalism.

The constant international updating of the Technical Trainers, combined with a vision of Sport not only as a mere competitive activity but as a moment of aggregation, of joy, of health, of play, of social relations, is all included in an ethics and culture of Sport that wants and must stand out from those of Sport sees only the part concerning the business and the victory.

The National Technical Directorate may, upon request to the National Executive Council and relative favorable opinion, assign a technical qualification, up to National Basic Instructor, on the evaluation of qualifications obtained at foreign Federations or for merits acquired in the field.
